Member Election Center
If your homeowners association has retained HOA Elections of California as its independent inspector of elections, this is where you start. Choose the option below that matches your situation.
We administer the election on behalf of your association as a neutral third party. We do not decide who is eligible, who wins, or what the rules are — those come from your association’s governing documents and from California law. Our role is to run the process accurately, confidentially, and on schedule.

Find your election
Watch your deadlines. California law sets firm timelines for association elections, and some requests must reach us well before ballots are counted. If your ballot is already in the mail to our office, call us before submitting another form so your vote is not set aside as a duplicate.
Not sure which form you need?
Call our office at (951) 667-7191 or email info@hoaelections.com and we will point you to the right one. You can also read our frequently asked questions about California HOA elections.
Are you a board member, manager, or election committee volunteer rather than a voting member? Learn about our election services, review our California HOA election resources, or request a proposal.
