Jeff Price
President & Inspector of Elections, HOA Elections of California, Inc.
Independent inspector of elections for California community associations since 2006.
About Jeff
Jeff Price is President and Inspector of Elections at HOA Elections of California, Inc., an independent inspector of elections firm that has served California community associations since 2006. He has more than 20 years of experience in community association elections and has completed thousands of HOA elections for associations across the state.
As an independent inspector, Jeff makes sure every election runs the way the Davis-Stirling Act and the association's own election rules require: notices go out on time, candidates are qualified and nominated correctly, the secret ballot stays secret, and every ballot is received, held and counted under the inspector's custody.
That work covers the full election cycle, from the first Call for Candidates to certified results. It also covers the elections that don't go to plan: missed quorum and adjourned meetings, challenges to candidate eligibility, recount requests, and elections that have to be run again.
